RCP Power Lunch – May 10, 2017

-

Topic: Don’t sell me … serve me
Presenter: Dave Decker, MBA, with Carew International

Finding ways to add value to your customer’s world is essential – both personally and professionally. Having a real commitment to your client’s success and caring about them is required and not optional.

Bring great value to your customer and you’ll likely have a customer for years (not to mention many positive referrals). Treat your customer as a number and you’ll likely not get the chance to call them your customer for long (and get many more negative reviews and comments).

Our presenter, Dave Decker, will show us how to develop conversations that will help us understand how to better serve each customer – and enjoy their business for years to come.

Dave is a partner with Carew International, headquartered in Cincinnati. Carew has served clients globally for 40 years and specializes in training and development for sales professionals, customer service teams and company leadership. Dave works with a broad range of clients and is passionate about helping companies and individuals systematically sell and succeed in serving clients distinctively – and profitably.

Members of the RCP participating chambers (Evendale, Forest Park, Reading, Norwood, Springdale, and Woodlawn) are welcome to bring company brochures to the power lunch as display tables will be set up.  If you would like to be a sponsor of the luncheon, the cost is $250.  You will receive 2 complimentary lunches, recognition at the meeting as well as have a 6’ display table set up for your use. If you are interested in sponsorship, email kathy@norwoodchamberofcommerce.org.
